Special post: Isolated Memories

I don’t think I’ve ever posted on a Saturday before, but today is a special day for Australians and New Zealanders (hello to you, other side of the ditch).

Today is the day that we remember the men and women, beginning with the ANZACs who sacrificed much, even their lives, to create the wonderful nation that we have today.

I have attached to this post a wonderful, short Bible message delivered at one of the socially distant dawn services this morning by ADF Chaplain, Ralph Estherby.

You can watch it below and find similar resources here.

When I heard it on the radio, the message was followed by this song:

Lest we forget.

Yours in isolated memories,

Alison
